Operates telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interdepartmental calls. Process overhead pages, beeper pages, and emergency code announcements according to Trios policies and procedures as required. Acts as information and communication center by maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient directory, physician directory, and Trios employee roster. Acts as cashier to complete a cash receipt for each transaction (cash, money order, bankcard, etc.) and credit payment to the appropriate account. Responsible for up-to date filing of all the business office copies on accounts. Ensures communication work is done in a manner to promote positive relationships with patients, physicians, hospital departments and visitors. Salary Range: $16.40 - 24.86
