The role of the Glass Precision Bore and Shrinking Operator is a key support position for the production department. This individual must be self-motivated.
Willing to learn the next level shift supervisor duties and responsibilities desired. They will need to communicate clearly and regularly with the shift quality technician(s), shift supervisor, and co-workers and assist in the optimization of the production process.
