Systems Consultant/Engineering Director oversees the design of enablement plans and configuration specifications and installation operations to implement integrated hardware and software systems and products purchased by customers. Develops standard processes and methodologies to prototype and test proposed solutions for feasibility, reliability, and quality. Being an Systems Consultant/Engineering Director directs the development of program and system specifications to meet customers' technical requirements and guide the enablement, configuration, or coding of products and solutions. Ensures the delivery of technical information, documentation, requirements, and cost estimates to sales teams to use in proposals, quotes, and statements of work meet sales cycle and project timeline requirements. Additionally, Systems Consultant/Engineering Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Systems Consultant/Engineering Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Systems Consultant/Engineering Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     You are a healthcare professional ready to direct operations and pave the way for our high level of senior care. This role directs the operation of the community care Department focusing on resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, cost containment, and marketing Community program services.
    What you'll do:

    • Direct the operation of the Community's Care department
    • Direct the hiring and assignment of duties of licensed and non-licensed staff
    • Evaluate residents' condition and care needs to determine the level of assistance needed
    • Evaluate resident records on an ongoing basis
    • Ensure availability of supplies and equipment related to the resident services
    • Provide ongoing teaching and training to staff
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    Qualifications:

    • Registered Nurse ( RN ) license to practice professional nursing in the residing state
    • Obtains and maintains Nurse Delegation Certification in accordance with state requirements
    • Must submit to drug screening upon hire
    • Previous experience in a supervisory position (Geriatrics preferred)
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
    • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
