Systems Consultant/Engineering Manager oversees the design of enablement plans and configuration specifications and installation operations to implement integrated hardware and software systems and products purchased by customers. Develops standard processes and methodologies to prototype and test proposed solutions for feasibility, reliability, and quality. Being an Systems Consultant/Engineering Manager directs the development of program and system specifications to meet customers' technical requirements and guide the enablement, configuration, or coding of products and solutions. Ensures the delivery of technical information, documentation, requirements, and cost estimates to sales teams to use in proposals, quotes, and statements of work meet sales cycle and project timeline requirements. Additionally, Systems Consultant/Engineering Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Systems Consultant/Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.     Job Description:

    We are currently seeking skilled Construction HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years field experience able to manage multiple projects. The Project Manager will be able to properly plan projects, scheduling and coordination with GC; Review submittals for accuracy and compliancy; Identifying potential change orders; Customer relations; Conduct weekly safety meetings; Attend cost/job reviews; Schedule manpower and also responsible for hiring workers that meet company s standards for hiring; Interpret plumbing and HVAC drawings for craft installation; Plan, schedule and coordinate on-site functions; Perform material take-offs, ordering tools, materials, and equipment in a timely fashion to maximize field productivity; Coordination of installation between trades and coordinate sub-contractor progress; Ensure all on-site employees comply with OSHA standards & Company s work rules; Schedule equipment deliveries with GC and periodic inspections by governing authorities; Administer construction contract; Monitor labor reporting, job cost reviews and prepare time sheets and two week look a heads; Assist PM to bring the job in on time and within budget.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years field experience specific to Medical Facilities.
    • Must possess a current valid driver s license.
    • Flexibility for travel and working overtime/weekends, as required.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
    • Able to work hand in hand with engineer and GC.
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues and construction obstructions.
    • Will be professional, clean appearance, and honor drug-free workplace.
    • Must possess own personal hand tools necessary to complete a designated project.
    • Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.

    Duties:

    • Proper planning of projects, scheduling, and coordination
    • Creating, managing, and adequately supervising the project budget for all assigned projects
    • Ensuring the safety and welfare of all subcontractors and laborers on site
    • Resolution of issues or problems involving material delivery, contract administration, and labor disputes
    • Management of tools, equipment, and vehicles
    • Management of critical subcontractors and construction GC
    • Adequate and efficient forecasting and management of budgets
    • Collaboration with project teams to facilitate on time and budget delivery
    • Researches and compiles information about licenses and permits needed for a certain job
    • Providing recommendations to the construction GC or clients on several issues.
