We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing the overall production, supply chain, and quality control processes to ensure efficient and effective plant operations.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and productivity
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw material acquisition to final product assembly
- Manage and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, technicians, and operators
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in plant management or related role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, operations management, and lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to assemble, fabricate, or modify equipment to meet production needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of quality control systems
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
