Project Management: Project Planning: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals. Risk Management: Identify risks and proactively address them to ensure successful project execution. Collaboration and Communication: Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to align priorities and deliver results. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to upper management and other relevant stakeholders. Qualifications 8 years of professional experience or a combination of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus experience. 2 years of leadership experience Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong understanding of software development principles. Previous experience managing engineering teams. Proficiency in full stack technologies such as PHP, Node, MySQL and Angular Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
