The program will take up to 18 weeks and at the completion of the program, you will attend an audition to test all the skills and knowledge you obtained to become a part-time Table Games dealer with MGM National Harbor. As you successfully pass your audition, you will be scheduled in one of the three shifts (day, swing, or grave) depending on business needs.
