MISSION & PURPOSE
A leader for Business Development Manager (Studios) across exclusive studios, this role is accountable for forecasting and delivering revenue across the portfolio of products on offer. In addition to day-to day management, guiding direct reports on day to day operational commercial matters, the Team Manager is accountable for revenue generation across a range of studios; identifying optimum strategy for studio growth, and ensuring implementation by their direct reports and through collaboration with non-direct Sales team.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Collaborate with exclusive BDMs with day to day line management for some.
Ensure execution of optimal game launches through BDM conformity with game release playbook.
Hit KPIs across new game releases by internal studios including but not limited to coverage, player number and lobby position.
Maintain and grow executive level contacts at key customers, ensuring that studios aligned with customer strategic goals.
Collaborate with BDMs to develop a commercial strategy to achieve growth potential across exclusive studios, communicating with internal stakeholders and ensuring BDM delivery in accordance with defined roadmap.
An ability to interrogate KPIs, commercials and market intelligence to inform performance trajectory and consequently define commercial priorities.
Engage with Heads of studios to understand game roadmap, objectives and brand, and to act as an expert resource for studios on commercial implementation.
Communicate regular updates as game sales performance including contribution to monthly performance reports to CXO level.
Stakeholder and key conduit to BI, Customer Experience, HR, Legal, Marketing and Revenue departments ensuring delivery of studio objectives working with central teams.
Lead and deliver projects highlighted to deliver commercial USPs or process optimization.
An ability to travel on a regular basis to represent Studio(s) at industry events and, where required, for necessary meetings with internationally based key customers.
