Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Reports to: Director of HR, Talent Acquisition, & Marketing
Supervises: N/A
Position Overview:
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for each Yardmaster branch. This position is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and retention of crew leaders and laborers.
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a Peer Leader. They are often the first impression an applicant has of Yardmaster and therefore must conduct themselves professionally and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Salary: $18.00-$25/hour, based upon experience
- Physical Requirements: Sit, stand, for extended periods of time.
- Work Schedule: Hours vary based on seasonal needs, must be flexible. Typically M-F, 8a-5p.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitates all phases of the recruitment process as identified by the Director or Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Marketing.
- Collaborates with Branch managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Utilize social media and industry events to grow professional network and help identify top talent.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Creates effective job postings for all open positions and reposts as directed by recruiting plan
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Establishes and maintains a candidate pipeline. Frequently touches base with prospective candidates to keep them engaged and updated on hiring progress.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Collaborates with Talent Team to fill all open positions. Shares ideas and best practices.
- Ensures consistent orientation and onboarding processes for all crew leaders and laborers.
- Accurately reports recruitment and hiring data; uses data to establish more effective recruiting plans and tactics.
- Assists Talent Team in creating effective job campaigns and marketing strategies
- Manages Alliance data and reporting
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and insurability; required
- One years’ experience in high volume, fast paced, staffing environment
- Fluent in Spanish & English; written and verbal
