About the Position
As the Talent Acquisition Director, you will have the opportunity to be creative every day and work with a leadership team that’s open to new ideas, new opportunities, and new perspectives. CareXM is a growing company, looking for a tenured strategic recruitment leader with a growth mindset to drive process improvements and create standards of excellence. We are looking for a player-coach, ready to jump in to lead the team, support leaders, and bring technical ATS implementation and management knowledge, all to create a cohesive Talent Acquisition team. You will directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce making an impact on patient and provider care. As a people leader, you will deploy your leadership skills across a team eager to learn from you, while implementing process improvements for standards of excellence, scalability, and sustainable growth.

Leadership
Representing the CareXM brand proudly with every interaction, as you lead your team, partner with Talent vendors, and collaborate with internal customers.
Actively build the Talent boat as you drive it, expanding the recruitment process, while simultaneously revolutionizing.
Leading a team of recruiters focused on critical talent acquisition goals.
Coach and motivate an effective recruiting team all driving towards finding the right talent to help our company with our growth plan.
Be an active leader and contributor on the People Team.
Cultivate relationships with executive leadership and cross functional teams.
Demonstrate a strong personal value system that encompasses high integrity, honesty, strong work ethic, professional standards and moral character.
Talent Strategy
Create a Talent Methodology using Best-in-Class principles, core competency and screening practices that are sustainable through expansive growth.
Personally lead hiring plan and execution for key corporate level hiring.
Tactically implement and Integrate new ATS technology and application.
Design and implement ATS configurations based on data and workflows with strong technical knowledge.
Develop sustainable marketing strategy for social media hiring efforts.
Collaborate with WFM on attrition and hiring trends to deliver on people forecast needs.
Develop and execute standards of excellence in practices for hiring and screening candidates.
Proactively seek out and adopt new hiring strategies to keep up with hiring demands and gaps in filling those demands.
Develops and enhances TA policies and processes that support business objectives and comply with legal requirements.
Lead recurring development presentations for managers and executives on hiring principles.
Intelligently organizing approaches to unique resource needs across the business.
Collaborating cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward.
Create an internship program with various universities and colleges.
Business Leader
Advise business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs.
Manage the recruiting budget to ensure resources are maximized to find and hire great talent.
Develops, analyses, and interprets TA reporting in partnership with stakeholders.
Delegating when necessary and personally completing the work where appropriate.
Maintains in-depth knowledge, keeps abreast of industry trends, and ensures consistent application of all policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, and any local regulations.
Needed Qualifications
5 years of High-Volume Recruiting Leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational development or a related field
Experience developing team members of various expertise.
Must have leadership experience in a company of 500 employees
Proven experience developing a recruiting strategy.
Confidence in an ATS and other recruiting platforms, such as really, LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
Technical program management and/or implementation of ATS systems
Agile mindset with ability to problem solve.
