Talent Acquisition Consultant jobs in Rhode Island

UNFI is looking for a Coordinator to join our national Talent Acquisition team! This individual will support a team of Recruiters responsible for hiring roles within various corporate functions across the country.

The TA Coordinator is expected to complete a variety of specialized duties that support the functional operations of the team, while demonstrating prioritization, urgency, and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Schedules interviews both locally and across the country, dealing with multiple time zones.

Manages cadence of external job postings.Responds to inquiries and routes as appropriate. Prioritizes requests to determine the best course of action.

Handles invoice payments for the team.Sorts, files, and maintains department documents.Assists with planning and implementing hiring events.

Job Requirements : 2 years in an office setting in a related support position.Related HR or Recruiting Coordinator experience required.

Intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.Ability to proactively problem solve. Detail oriented and strong analytical skills.

Ability to handle complex details with sensitivity and confidentiality.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and work independently required.

Passion for customer service and ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency when dealing with internal and external customer issues.

Ability to work on multiple tasks, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently under minimal supervision.
