    • You will monitor contractors' performance and provide technical advice to scientists and contractor(s) within the scope of the Statement of Work and performance Work Statement.
    • You will report requirements including Contract Discrepancy Reports and contractor past performance for the Contractor Performance Assessment Reports.
    • You will provide post-award oversight, such as setting up the Contracting Officer Representative .
    • You will communicate with the Contracting Officer as a technical liaison.

    • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
    • You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

    Qualifications

    For GS-12 :Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
    • Experience working within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment.
    • Experience serving as the technical liaison for pre-award and post award functions.
    • Experience working within the Government Purchase Card Program.
