    What to expect from this job:

    • Provide an EXCELLENT driver/diesel mechanic candidate experience and introduction to Aim.
    • Work within TenStreet ATS System to qualify candidates
    • Collaborate with a recruitment team that has a CAN-DO attitude to recruit the best-in-class talent to Aim.
    • Excellent customer service/selling skills with a positive attitude
    • Collaborate with management team regarding open jobs
    • Top notch communication skills to provide an excellent candidate experience to the applicants via phone conversations, email, texting.
    • Ability to learn new systems and processes
    • Collaborate with all levels of the management team to coordinate interviews, discuss recruiting needs and provide candidate feedback.

    Job Description:
    Talent Acquisition Associate Requirements & Education:

    • Associates degree required, bachelors’ degree preferred in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field.
    • ATS or HRIS systems experience. (TenStreet experience a plus).
    • Positive attitude with a team player mentality
    • Excellent customer service/selling skills
    • 1 year experience of high volume recruiting preferably in the transportation industry.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to adapt/learn various software applications.
