Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator would perform full cycle recruiting activity to help us in our mission to hire badass team members to join Team Stone across our brewery, distribution, corporate and hospitality teams. This role will assist with recruiting and guiding candidates through our hiring process under the guidance and support of the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and as part of Stone’s People Team.
Responsibilities

Partners with Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to determine staffing needs and assist with the implementation of an overall recruiting strategy.

Assists in continuous improvement of company recruiting functions and procedures, including preparing, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting.

Assists with internal hiring process; communicates with hiring managers to confirm eligibility of internal applicants and creates and tracks offer letters

Performs resume screening and phone screening, and coordinates interviews with hiring managers.

Administers appropriate pre-employment screening process; and performs reference checks/employment verifications.

Serves as key point of contact with candidates, communicating throughout the recruiting and pre-employment process, providing support and updates to ensure an amazing candidate experience.

Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leads systems optimization initiatives.

Along with Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, inputs and approves job requisitions and offers; maintains candidate files; and serves as an ATS subject matter expert (SME) and conducts training and assists end-users when needed.

Ensures accuracy of application status, background review status, new hire paperwork, including W-4’s and I-9’s, and various other human resources related paperwork.

Provides timely reports on recruiting activity and candidate status to People Team and hiring managers.

Assists in maintaining and developing recruiting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stays current on company organization structure, people programs and policies, and ensures compliance with Federal, State, and Local Labor Law, and policies and procedures
- Provides support and coordination for other People Team functions.
Required Experience:
Requirements

High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least one year of administrative or recruiting-related experience.
- Must be detail and deadline-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook highly preferred. Familiarity using an ATS and HRIS a plus.
