Works under the supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition. Supports the new hire, pre-employment, and onboarding process. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Standard Work Duties: Coordinator - Talent Services
Actively participate in team development, achieving dashboards, and accomplishing department goals and objectives.
Support the pre/post employment process for new employees, volunteers, contractors, and students.
Communicate with new hires and Talent Acquisition Consultants regarding clearance status, changes or special circumstances.
Responsible for newhire, rehire, and transfer file documentation according to policies and compliance regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, e-verify, applicable verifications, I-9 documents, fingerprints, background reports, references, and onboarding communications.
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, scheduling, copying, faxing, scanning, filing, calling, emailing, and document preparation.

Associate Degree

Experience Essential: Two years related experience; will consider equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Experience Preferred: Two years healthcare Human Resources experience
Certifications Essential: Per department or hospital requirements and relevant policies
