Talent Acquisition SpecialistSeeking a real go getter, self driven, enthusiastic, team player who enjoys talking to people and helping them connect with a new career!The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.Essential Job Duties:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Proactively sources and develops talent pipelines to include building and maintaining a diverse network of potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Develops and implements recruitment strategies that utilize an assortment of search techniques (Internet mining, networking, social recruiting, advertising, employee referrals, alumni outreach, and college relationships) to develop a slate of qualified candidates.
- Ensures candidates and hiring managers have an ideal experience by ensuring timely contact, feedback and customer support throughout the interviewing process.
- Ensures accurate data input into the applicant tracking system.
- Creates and publishes job postings and advertisements.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews and oversees interview process through selection and hire.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and human resource director during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Will act as customer service for all employees and department heads and accommodate request in a timely manner.
- Builds positive relationships with colleges, associations and professional organizations by participating in networking events, job fairs and industry conferences.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Strong understanding of social media tools.
- Demonstrate ability to incorporate diversity talent needs into staffing strategies.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

QUALIFICATIONS:- Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred but not required.
- Must have strong computer skills and be Microsoft proficient.
- Must have strong social media skills to include Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- At least five years high volume, full cycle, recruitment experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
