Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner is ultimately responsible for executing the recruiting process across all PCA sites. Reporting directly to the Talent & Development Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs. Your expertise will contribute to developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with our company's values and objectives.

Essential Functions

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering for all positions across PCA sites under the direction of the Talent & Development Manager. 
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage ATS within ADP, including connecting ATS to outside vendors for greater visibility on job postings. 
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to proactively identify and attract diverse talent pools.
• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging process from initial contact through to onboarding in collaboration with each sites’ HR team. 
• Administer Predictive Index assessments to all Exempt candidates to ensure the candidate’s behavioral preferences match with manager’s expectations of the role. 
• Build Predictive Index job targets for all roles in collaboration with hiring managers. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to support talent pipeline development.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to analyze and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and development as directed by the Talent & Development Manager.
• Help maintain budget set by Talent & Development Manager per month. 
• Obey all safety rules, use caution in work activities, and continuously practice safe behaviors.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions/behaviors and work-related injuries to site supervision.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Talent & Development Manager. 

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multi-site organization. 
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
• Proven track record of successful recruitment across various levels and disciplines.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using HRIS and recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Supervisory Responsibility
 This position is not responsible for the oversight or performance management of other employees.  

Travel

This position may sit on-site at one of PCA’s locations but will consist of remote interaction with multiple site leaders. Therefore, this role may be completed remotely with occasional travel to sites as needed.
