Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a Director of Talent to join their People Experience team! In this position you will design, implement and direct a company-wide process for talent acquisition, onboarding & compliance. In this role you will be empowered to make an impact at an organization with a meaningful mission, “Delivering Compassionate Care to Enhance Lives and Improve Communities”. In partnership with the Chief People Officer and Executive Leadership, you will address issues such as, workforce development, employee retention, succession planning and change management.
Schedule/Location: This is a full-time hybrid position working Monday through Friday. Hybrid schedule includes working at our Administration Building located north of downtown Phoenix and flexibility to work a few days per week at home.
Compensation: Salary will be dependent on experience
