Eaton’s Electrical Sector Americas group is currently hiring for a Director, Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness (TMOE). This role is a hybrid work model and can be based at the following Eaton locations: Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Southfield, MI; Waukesha, WI. Relocation assistance is offered.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the VP-Human Resources, Electrical Sector Americas (ESA), the Director, TMOE is the lead functional advisor to the region and collaborates with Sector HR leadership, to ensure alignment and successful implementation and execution of talent management strategies and processes.
The Director drives business results by developing and leading critical initiatives to build the talent pipeline and optimize organization effectiveness in partnership with senior leaders across the business. This position will create, implement, and drive all aspects of the region’s talent management strategy, including (but not limited to) development programs that support over 30,000 Eaton employees across 15 countries.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $153749.97 - $225499.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
