The Need: You will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention and individualized plans, and provide supervision and training to staff. This position offers a unique blend of people skills, problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to provide routine and relationship-building within the same center.
What you’ll do:- Craft tailored, evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs/strengths of each child
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care
- Mentor aspiring behavior analysts and current technician teams
- Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional and ethical standards
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to produce meaningful treatment outcomes
- Ensure clinical services, products meet the expectations of clients, families, and stakeholders
- Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies
Experience Needed:- Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
- Proficiency with Behavioral Assessments and Intervention Plans
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
- Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
