Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 15 years of experience in talent development or talent management role, with at least 10 years leading a global team, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management / talent development strategies and programs that align with the company's goals, ensuring that the workforce is equipped to support the organization's strategic objectives. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong understanding of talent assessment methodologies, performance management best practices, and leadership development frameworks. Experience working in a global organization and with diverse teams, understanding the nuances of talent development in a global context. Strong understanding of the implementation of learning programs and technology in a distributed environment The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of talent initiatives with broader organizational goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable talent initiatives. A commitment to staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent management to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Relevant certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) are a plus.
