What to expect
Reporting to the HR director, you will help with all aspects of the recruitment process. You will ensure proper coverage of open positions, and a high-quality candidate experience, owning the recruitment process from requirement gathering to offer negotiation.
You will work with multiple internal teams to understand requirements, and move candidates through the different steps in our process. You will also work with the HR team in the onboarding and offboarding of candidates, as well as various other projects including Employer Branding.
This is a hybrid role based in Montréal.
