As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and help shape the future of our workforce.Position Summary:The Talent Acquisition Lead at Welch Packaging Group will play a pivotal role in creating, owning, and implementing the recruitment processes for both hourly and salaried positions. This key individual will be based in Elkhart, Indiana, and will work closely with site HR managers to ensure the efficient and effective recruitment of salaried employees while maintaining the established standards for hourly hiring.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for both hourly and salaried roles in alignment with Welch Packaging Group's objectives.
- Process Development: Create and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring consistency and best practices are followed across the organization.
- Salaried Recruitment: Take ownership of salaried recruitment, including identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
- Collaboration: Partner with site HR managers to provide guidance and support in their salaried recruitment efforts, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure that all candidates have a positive and professional experience during the recruitment process, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
- Employer Branding: Promote Welch Packaging Group as an employer of choice by developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve the process.
- Compliance: Stay up to date on labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all recruitment activities are compliant and meet legal requirements.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record in both hourly and salaried roles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective recruitment processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to travel occasionally to Welch Packaging Group sites as needed.
