Position Details : Residential Service Specialist

• Location : Ticonderoga, NY (Must live within 30 minutes)
• Shift : Primarily M-F Days. May have night / weekend on call rotation.
• Compensation : $80K-$85k (paid hourly) plus OT

Travel : May require occasional travel to support other sites,Position Description : Work with customers and your service team to provide services the customer has ordered.

You will work mainly at one customer location. The equipment utilizes the following : Electricity, Electronic boards, small valves, gaskets, network products, tubing, actuators, sensors, handheld configuration terminals, bearings, cabling, computers, pneumatics, water and air.Responsibilities :

• Performing Preventive Maintenance of quality control system equipment that Measures (Analyzes) product quality at the customer’s pulp / paper mill locations
• You will also be promoting service contracts, service upgrades, training and other service solutions that provide a value to the customer.Requirements :
• The ideal fit for this role is a technician with 3-5 years of electrical or electronic troubleshooting experience with a strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of processes.
• Have a good understanding of how computers communicate (networking), and ideally some exposure to programming (any language).
• Willingness to be on call 24x7 for emergency services within 30 minutes by phone.
• Possess a Got to get it done, and I want to learn everything I can about these systems, attitude.
