Senture is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist! This position will partner with the Recruiting Managers, the recruiting team, business leaders and HR team members to address hard-to-fill roles, niche and specialized positions, or challenging markets and utilize specialized sourcing and recruiting skills to fill those roles. We are looking for someone who is innovative, competitive, and not afraid to make a cold call! Job responsibilities include:
- Responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent for hard to fill, niche, or specialized positions utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques
- Ability to analyze and evaluate job descriptions, skills needed data and other information to determine courses of action
- Build a high-quality pipeline of potential candidates for a variety of roles
- Provide qualified candidates by pre-screening, contacting potential candidates, and outbound sourcing calls
- Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all internal stakeholders and candidates
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies and laws
- Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing. Network with community stakeholders. Identify best practices for advertising and marketing
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of a High School diploma and three or more years of professional experience
- Experience recruiting talent in roles such as IT, key personnel, and other specialized professional positions
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, job interviewing skills, analytical skills, social media knowledge, and training skills.
- Ability to apply federal, state and local legislation concerning employment matters.
- Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques: Boolean searches, cold calling, data mining, networking.
- Ability to connect and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, from entry-level to executives.
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment testing, drug screen, and background investigation.
