Hiring Salary Range is $4,544 - $5,720

Location is Bismarck (central office), working remotely from any North Dakota location. Some travel is required.

The Talent Attraction Specialist is responsible for leading the execution of all duties related to the Find the Good Life in North Dakota talent attraction initiative. This position involves significant collaboration and outreach with partner organizations as it relates to recruitment and relocation efforts, including serving as the liaison between the Workforce Development Division and the contracted vendor(s) that support Find the Good Life.

Minimum of an Associate degree and five years of related experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience.

This role requires strong oral and written communication skills, collaboration, adaptability, creative thinking, decision-making, ability to meet deadlines and drive projects forward.

Marketing experience or training is beneficial. Basic understanding of North Dakota communities and industry concentrations are helpful, but not required.

Some travel required, mostly in-state (10-30%).
