    Overview:

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive the talent acquisition process and provide consultative recruiting support to the Operations organization for staffing front line roles across all factories in the Shoals network.   The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure all

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide a full range of recruiting and talent acquisition support to the operations teams in support of front line staffing
    • Manage all candidate interactions including job offers/negotiations
    • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with front line leaders in Operations
    • Maintain all applicant data in HRIS system
    • Track key talent metrics and identify insights
    • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent acquisition
    • Provide support to all hiring events and jobs fairs
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    • Minimum of three years of full cycle recruiting experience with front line roles is required
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
