Under the direction of the Director, People and Culture, the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will assume responsibility for effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs. As the TAS, you will implement and manage all phases of the recruitment process. You will maintain recruitment reports, post jobs, screen applicants, attend interviews, and make conditional offers. Additionally, as the TAS, you will conduct reference and background checks, coordinate New Employee Orientation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for both hiring managers and candidates. As the TAS, you will play a vital role in identifying and facilitating effective recruiting methods, attracting a diverse talent pool, and attending outreach recruitment sessions and job fairs. Finally, throughout the recruitment process, you will work with and support hiring managers while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies.
