Undertow Tattoo Studios is a modern studio in the heart of Coral Springs, FL. We offer a clean, professional environment for our customers and our artists. We are an artist owned and operated business, that strives for growth in our artists and to build a trusted reputation with our clients.

We are offering two different positions for artists. Walk-in or Appointment. All positions include Disposables & Liquids, Furnished Station, Google advertisements, Social Media highlights, End of Year Bonus, Shop Outings, Team Building Activities

Walk-in Artist-

We need an artist with considerate and profitable customer skills. Versatility in techniques and style (thin clean lines, solid color). Reliability to maintain schedule and communications.

-Starting percentage 60%. After 60 days promoted to 65%

-Walk-in Artists have priority on walk-in clients, no rotation.

-Walk-in shifts totaling 20 hrs a week

-Liberty to book appointments any day of the week, even on scheduled shifts.

-Mandatory Shifts, Promotions, Events

Appointment Artists-

We have available stations for Artists that can generate their own clientele. Well versed in their own service and style. Effectively promoting and scheduling themselves.

-Starting percentage 70%. After 60 days promoted to 75%

-Client referrals for inquiries.

-Opportunity for walk-ins if Priority Walk-in Artist is unable to fulfill customers request.

-Liberty to book appointments any day of the week, no mandatory shifts or schedule.

-Optional Promotions and Events

*Artists with poor work ethics will not be tolerated. Blowing off customers, not showing up for appointments, not maintaining a clear relationship with your clients, out of control addictions, lack of accountability, childish demeanor, petty instigating, wannabe rockstars, over charging, charging totals up front, rescheduling customers. playing hookie and any other foolishness will not be part of our team or reputation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
