We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney for our client, a well-established law firm in Hollidaysburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in casualty and general liability, but will consider other areas of practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, analysis and draft legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, draft and argue motions, and attend court hearings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurers.
• Participate in firm marketing and business development activities.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
• 2-5 years of experience in casualty and/or general liability, but will highly consider other areas of practice as well.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
