RESPONSIBILITIES
Active involvement in all phases of client representation, and well versed in complex civil litigation.
Draft Complaints, Pre-Trial Motions, Summary Judgment Motions and trial preparation documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong oral and written advocacy skills required.
Excellent command of details and an ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Organized with excellent time management skills and ability to handle a large caseload.
Experience in complex litigation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of three years experience.
