Job Description: As a Tax Preparer at Essential Tax Servcies, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their tax needs. You will be responsible for accurately preparing tax returns, identifying potential deductions and credits, and providing clients with valuable tax advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview clients to gather relevant financial information for tax return preparation.

Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses.

Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations while optimizing clients' tax positions.

Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service and answer clients' tax-related questions.

Assist with tax planning and help clients make informed financial decisions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in tax preparation or accounting is a plus

Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
