Concentric Corporation is currently seeking a talented Tax Director in Omaha for one of our incredible clients. 

In this role, you will collaborate with the Omaha team to oversee the tax practice area, ensuring the delivery of top-tier tax compliance and business advisory services to our valued clients. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will offer expert guidance on tax planning and business strategy, forging strong client relationships along the way. Beyond traditional tax management duties, you’ll also take on the responsibilities of an outsourced CFO/Controller, providing essential financial services to our accounting clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivating client relationships through personalized planning and consultation
• Developing innovative tax strategies and reviewing complex tax returns
• Identifying and mitigating tax risks for clients
• Managing and coordinating tax audits
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong business connections

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in partnership tax, with a focus on industries such as Professional Services, Real Estate, and Construction
• CPA certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Master’s degree in Taxation
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Public Accounting, with demonstrated leadership abilities
• Proficiency in tax accounting, compliance, and various tax return types
• Experience in team management, including delegation, performance management, and compliance oversight
