Washington College is seeking qualified applicants for the Administrative Assistant position in the Office of College Advancement. The Administrative Assistant provides efficient, effective and confidential administrative support to the Associate Vice President for Advancement.
The Administrative Assistant will be an integral member of the Advancement team and enjoy a collaborative, lighthearted camaraderie among individuals invested in advancing the College through relationships and resources. Responsibilities include facilitating the Associate Vice President's schedule, execution of donor acknowledgements, management of communication with advisory groups, interfacing with various college departments and other activities.
The successful candidate will bring a high level of care and accountability to all areas of their work. They will have the ability connect with internal and external constituents and set a standard for donor and constituent attentiveness. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is essential to this position.
