The classroom assistants at Rosarian Academy are guides who help direct his/her students’ activities academically, spiritually, emotionally, and physically in a prepared environment that challenges each child to reach his/her fullest potential in these developmental areas, in accordance with the philosophy and procedures for the age group in which the assistant is placed. The assistant is also responsible for helping maintain the operation of the classroom in accordance with the Department of Health guidelines and requirements. The classroom assistant performs his/her services under the direction of the lead teacher and supervision of the Director of Lower School.
