Team Leader - Home Care jobs in South Carolina
Team Leader - Home Care manages a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and aides that provide professional services to home care patients. Coordinates clinician schedules and assigns clinicians to patients based on the frequency and expected duration of prescribed treatments and therapies. Being a Team Leader - Home Care monitors utilization, productivity, and tracks patient outcomes. Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures. Additionally, Team Leader - Home Care typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require an RN license. Typically reports to a director. The Team Leader - Home Care manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Team Leader - Home Care typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities:- Attain organizational sales goals and revenues by creating a sales strategy
- Meet with sales team to help in setting individual sales targets
- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
- Develop and identify new business opportunities
- Proven success as a Sales Manger or team lead
- Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
- Have prior experience in sales
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
- Proven organizational and planning ability
