Skills and Experience:
The Project Administrator will support and assist our project managers with the administration of all construction projects.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing project schedules and monitors production to assure timely completion.
· Assist with daily quantity tracking and reconciliation on a regular basis for current projects
· Ability to review and assist with processing invoices and quotations for projects
· Ability to generate and process various project related documentation including but not limited to RFI’s, Submittals, PO logs, Transmittals, estimates, take offs, subcontracts, etc.
· Reviews daily Raken reports to ensure accuracy and thoroughness, taking initiative to follow up with superintendent(s) when more documentation is required.
· Assist Project Managers with procurement and tracking of materials
· Able to review plans/specifications and assist with take offs & quantity reviews.
· Ability to gather, manage, organize, and file documentation related to each project.
· Managing day to day activities for project management team
· Assisting the project manager(s) with administrative functions and processes
Requirements:
· Efficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong prioritization skills, time management skills and organizational skills; detail oriented.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must be self-motivated, driven, take initiative, and follow up without being directed to do so.
· See projects and tasks through from start to finish
· Ability to be in the office Monday - Friday from 7:00am-4:30pm
· Overtime, when necessary
· Must comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Working Conditions:
· Must be physically able to lift 15lbs
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer
· Use of Personal Protection Equipment is required when applicable
