We are searching for someone to perform onsite Printer Support. This position will require excellent customer service and someone who can take initiative.

It is critical that this person be dedicated and able to manage their time. They must pay specific attention to detail and deliver a high level of accuracy

Description:

The primary focus of the role is to provide 1st level support for printer issues that are logged by the customer. The on-site administrator will be assigned tickets with customer satisfaction as the key goal to be met. The candidate should have good technical aptitude for triaging printer, scan, copy, and fax issues. The on-site administrator will be responsible for recommending escalation if an issue cannot be resolved after their visit. The successful candidate will effectively address customer tickets while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

• First level diagnosis and troubleshooting of printer hardware issues.
• Toner and maintenance kit replacements.
• Address paper jams and other minor printer issues
• Assist with installation/move/add/change (IMAC) activities.
• Install spare units as needed to meet SLA requirements
• Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Mechanical and technical capability with printer hardware.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with active listening.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Previous experience in a customer support role supporting and repairing printers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities to properly manage their workload.
• Ability to take direction, work within a team and follow processes.
• Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High school degree.
• A valid driver license and reliable vehicle to use.
