Our client is currently looking for 2nd Shift Foundry Maintenance Supervisor.Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, assist with maintenance planning, training, safety, special projects, and scheduling work.
This position requires supervising and coordinating work of employees within the maintenance department that repair, maintain the building / facility, and production machinery / equipment in the facility.
Responsibilities : -Work directly with Foundry Manager, and Maintenance Manager.-Make appropriate recommendations for corrective actions based on hazards, procedural discrepancies, deterioration of equipment, schedule maintenance activities, update PM's for efficiency and improvements.
Qualifications : Five to Seven years supervisory experience or five years maintenance experience in a Foundry , reliable presence that inspires calm and confidence in our team members.
