Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Develop design solutions that fulfill all requirements as presented in all creative and marketing briefs and assist the Art Director in developing and overseeing all aspects of a project from concept through final delivery.
Deep knowledge of experiential design, digital/print production, photography, and photo retouching.
Exceptional typography, design, and color theory knowledge.
Highly organized with the ability to comprehend and execute instructions thoroughly and precisely.
Experience in developing toolkits and guidelines for high-volume production.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding time management capabilities, with the capacity to work independently and meet stringent deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Commitment, punctuality, a willingness to learn, and a great work ethic are essential.
Flexibility to work on a changing schedule, including last-minute assignments, holidays, and vacation relief.
Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
