- Pay range $29.95 - $55/hr
- A Bachelor of Arts degree with over three years of relevant work experience at a network or advertising agency is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in working with renowned brands and managing brand-centric projects.
- Designer is requested to provide a link to an updated portfolio to showcase their abilities. Applications must have work samples to be considered.
- References may be requested.
- C4D experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Develop design solutions that fulfill all requirements as presented in all creative and marketing briefs and assist the Art Director in developing and overseeing all aspects of a project from concept through final delivery.
- Deep knowledge of experiential design, digital/print production, photography, and photo retouching.
- Exceptional typography, design, and color theory knowledge.
- Highly organized with the ability to comprehend and execute instructions thoroughly and precisely.
- Experience in developing toolkits and guidelines for high-volume production.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding time management capabilities, with the capacity to work independently and meet stringent deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Commitment, punctuality, a willingness to learn, and a great work ethic are essential.
- Flexibility to work on a changing schedule, including last-minute assignments, holidays, and vacation relief.
- Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
