  • Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for an ESI IWMS Customer Support opportunity to support the Navy Nuclear Laboratory (NNL). This work can be performed at the Kesselring, Knolls or NRF site.

    Location: Onsite - Kesselring, Knolls or NRF
    Duration: 3 Years
    Clearance: DOE L Clearance
    Required Experience: 0 - 5 Years

    The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) develops advanced naval nuclear propulsion technology for the safety and reliability of our Navy's submarine and aircraft fleet. The Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) Functional Owner will gather functional requirements from stakeholders, organize system demonstrations and facilitate key stakeholder testing of the NextGeneration IWMS capabilities on PrimeNet. This is expected to be a three-year position to roll-out full implementation of the following new IWMS capabilities for NNL:
    • Facility and Capital Projects Management capabilities
    • Seating & Space Management capabilities
    • Facility Condition Assessment capabilities
    • Automated business intelligence product development

    Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and at least 5 years work experience in areas listed below in the desired knowledge, skills and abilities list.
    • Certification in at least one continuous improvement, facilitation or process improvement discipline (e.g., Lean Belt, Kepner-Tregoe, Prosci Change Management, Knowledge Management)

    Experience
    • The successful candidate will have exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, be versed in meeting facilitation and have some degree of continuous improvement, process improvement or group facilitation training and experience.
    • Work experience in any of the following areas:
      • Facilities and Infrastructure Life Cycle Management
      • Facilities and Infrastructure Data Management
      • Workflow Application use and/or development
      • Electronic Asset Management System use and/or development
      • Computerized Maintenance Management Systems use and/or development
      • Integrated Workplace Management System use and/or development
      • Information Technology Application configuration and/or development
      • Visual data display development (design and/or coding experience)
