Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to a large technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
2. Oversee the successful delivery of B2C enterprise software solutions, ensuring they meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
3. Own the technical solution from conception to delivery, making key decisions and solving complex problems along the way.
4. Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to align the technical strategy with the overall business objectives.
5. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
6. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
7. Manage resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
8. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a large technical organization.
2. Proven experience in the successful delivery of B2C enterprise software solutions.
3. Demonstrable experience in owning and delivering complex technical solutions.
4. Strong strategic leadership skills, with the ability to drive a team towards a common vision and goals.
5. In-depth understanding of the latest technologies and methodologies in the tech industry.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to make key decisions under pressure.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
8. A strong track record of managing resources effectively, delivering projects on time and within budget.
9. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
