Position Introduction
The Fine Arts Summer Technical Director works with the Pre-College Programs Departments and Fine Arts Camp staff/faculty in providing stage production support. The Technical Director will be responsible for crewing the guest performances during the afternoon/evening each weekday for the week of day camp and week of resident camp. Both weeks of camp end with a Fine Arts Forum, for which the Technical Director will work with the faculty to rehearse and present on the Friday of camps.
Additionally, the Technical Director will work with Fine Arts Camp Faculty to gather images and create an end of camp presentation for the Fine Arts Camp Forum. The Tech Director will be responsible for running those rehearsals with the faculty, creating light cues, providing microphones, and project the slideshow showcase. There are 6 classes that will present at this forum.
