Duties
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales management techniques to maximize profitability.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance while fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding product selection and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
