Additionally, Technical Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. What you'll be doing:- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and motivations.
- Assess candidates' cultural fit and alignment with the company's values.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Facilitate and coordinate interview processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and assist with negotiation when necessary.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Attend hiring events, community group meetings, and networking events on an as needed basis
