Being a Technical Recruiter contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Additionally, Technical Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. About the Role
As the Foster Care & Adoption Recruiter, you will Shine Hope by providing strategic planning and implementation of community networking and recruitment efforts for the Buckner Foster Care and Adoption program through recruitment of qualified foster and adoptive families, community outreach, and promoting the program through extensive relationship building efforts across the state of Texas.
