Recruiters are dedicated to an average of 10 positions: a mix of non-exempt, exempt, and professional positions. A successful Recruiter will draw from past experiences with different HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems to successfully review resumes, contact candidates, interview applicants, and assess their skills and technical/cultural fit. This person will professionally utilize excellent communication skills to find, engage, and ultimately hire talented individuals to meet our daily business needs and our strategic organizational goals.
This position routinely reports on-site with occasional telework, acting as a Human Resources Business Partner. Recruiters benefit from being an integral part of a larger US HR team who is collaborative despite being geographically dispersed. Reporting to the HR Manager, this individual will have daily interaction with a variety of people from temporary team members to executives within our industry-leading global company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
o Partner with managers to discuss staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
o Perform job analysis and task analysis to create accurate job requirements.
o Create recruitment materials.
o Post jobs to a variety of venues including online job boards, newspapers, community services, employment agencies, and colleges.
o Partner with staffing agencies as appropriate, while managing favorable contract terms.
o Become an ambassador (internally and externally) regarding Netceed opportunities and values.
o Source new candidates from online job board sites, social media, and other tools.
o Review resumes received and analyze them for KSA including technical and cultural fit.
o Engage with applicants and build rapport for a positive pre-employment experience.
o Assess applicants for relevant knowledge, experience, training, skills, aptitudes, and soft skills.
o Interview potential team members, using reliable recruiting tools and selection methods.
o Provide meaningful feedback to hiring managers and recommend next steps.
o Complete pre-employment screening steps including execution of professional reference calls and providing instructions for background checks and drug tests for all final candidates.
o Gather necessary offer letter details including compensation, fringe / benefits, specific territory.
o Encourage immersion to the team with comprehensive onboarding and orientation.
o Assist with design of and execute agreed-upon overall recruiting strategy.
o Recommend any new policies or procedures that may benefit our company.
o Maintain accurate recruitment reports and other KPI.
o Encourage diversity of candidates across various metrics and departments.
