We are currently seeking a Recruiter to partner, develop, and implement innovative talent recruitment strategies and solutions for the organization. You can look forward to working collaboratively in partnership with our leadership team to help optimize business performance. Primary responsibilities will include leading and supporting recruitment strategies across the organization to include developing job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates through job offer, maintaining job boards and social media outlets, participate in networking functions/career fairs, and provided back up support for onboarding process to include new hire orientation. (while maintaining FCCI’s culture, commitment to diversity and collaborative team environment.)

This position is located in Sarasota, FL with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Experience

• Bachelors or better in Human Resources or related field. (Note: Relevant progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education)
• Minimum of two years in Recruiter position with experience in a corporate or regional environment to include recruitment, maintaining sourcing platforms, and maintaining social media outlets
• Experience within Insurance or Financial Services a plus
• Advanced capability to support the recruitment process by partnering with leaders to source, recruit and select top candidates. (Skilled at creating and publishing job ads, interviewing & attracting top candidates, building pipeline, finding new candidate source.)
• Must possess broad HR knowledge/capability to provide expertise and guidance in all aspects of employment beyond hiring, to include teammate engagement, and goal setting
• Must be able to effectively handle highly sensitive and confidential employee information
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Professional ability to build relationships and help drive a value/performance culture
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to achieve unit and corporate objectives
• Experience working in HRIS systems and talent acquisition software
• Strong ability to multi-task and shift priorities, with an equally strong capability to analyze, define and solve problems; uses independent good judgment and decision-making
• Experience with UKG Pro helpful
• Knowledge of regulations that govern employees including, but not limited to FMLA, EEOC, ADA, and ACA
