Summary description
Investigating and advice customer of parts to be purchased and troubleshooting.
Review PMOC and forecast future demand while improving the quality of our manual and TLD image in customer side.
Organize and plan your activity and coordinate with SPH team member and factory engineering department as well.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set a monthly plan for “Chapter IV Review” with engineering department (DMS#1504).
Chapter 4 & PMOC reviews of manuals & BOM classification for all RANGER product master in NALAAJ in order for the Engineering Department to improve their manuals and match needs in customer side.
- Follow MEAPs in factories and the launch of new equipment or new components and develop a plan for inventory and suppliers support for spare parts.
- Follow EAP & BP revision update.
- Forecast SPH stocking policy following PMOC review. Based on last unit configuration sold, and on the type of parts sold in the past, estimate and prepare stock for new units.
- Set a monthly plan for unit stock status: check for all units sold in NALAAJ the stock available and the quality of the stock. Ensure we are on top for all units with parts available to support customer fleet and communicate to SSO for new customers.
- Support SSO on new projects for “parts shipped with unit”. Review C-BOMs to adapt the RSPL to the specific customer request and to perform the full quotation.
- Support Sales SPQ:
- Identifying parts from technical data provided by customers, suppliers and our factories.
- Use knowledge of machines and equipment to discuss the use and features of parts.
- Recommend substitute parts or show customers how to modify parts.
- Prepare promotion documents based on technical advantage of TLD products.
- Program installation and maintenance: for controller and HMI computers, install the adapted program
