DAY-TO-DAY
In this role, you provide exceptional technical support services to our team. You respond to a variety of support requests, including troubleshooting applications, OS installs, system upgrades, password resets, and iOS support. Whether providing assistance in person or remotely, your friendly, helpful attitude always comes through.
You go onsite to configure or inspect products and services. As new and existing technologies are rolled out, you provide support and training to various internal departments. You love using your critical thinking skills to provide solutions. Most of all, you enjoy being an essential member of a friendly and knowledgeable information technology team that helps our organization thrive!
